Refund policy
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for opened or used items for health and safety reasons. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [customer support email] with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will evaluate your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged packaging or products. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the criteria for a defective or incorrect product, please follow the process outlined in the Returns Policy. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit for a future purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
